This squat wedge block is made of high-density EPP foam. It stays lightweight, keeps its shape, and offers firm foot support without being too hard.
2. Stack or Match
The set comes with two 8.5° blocks and one 17° block. Use matching angles under both heels for squats, or stack them into a steeper incline for calf stretches. That’s the flexibility of this squat block wedge.
